3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to your website and analytics accounts
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Not engage in any activities that may harm our reputation

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by Malaysian law.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive to improve your Bing search visibility, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases because:

• Search engine algorithms change frequently
• Competition levels vary by industry and keywords
• SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control
• Results typically require 3-6 months to materialize

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by us, including strategies, reports, and recommendations, remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of your website content and business information.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, website data, and proprietary strategies. We will not share your confidential information with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide a final report and transition assistance as specified in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or Malaysian courts as specified in individual service agreements.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
